“ What an oasis! This hidden gem offers amazing drinks! My bestie and I ordered the chagachino which is espresso and mushroom coffee with a blend of orange extract 10/10 All of their spring drinks however looked amazing It is a rather cozy coffee shop but has enough space for you to work! Parking however is limited. ”

“ Cozy spot. People are very friendly and the ambiance is comfy for a quiet morning. Indoor seatings are nice and the patio is also cute. They have dog water by the door too :) ”

“ Been coming to Kind Grounds for more than a year. The owners and staff are stellar which says something in a city where customer service is often lacking. This place is full of charm and positivity coupled with amazing lattes and pastries! Also wanted to add this place does have parking. For the prior commenter, there are 3 spots on the side of the bldg. Plenty of off street parking in the neighborhood is also available. ”

“ Absolutely delicious. My wife and I come here every other week to get our strawberry vanilla matcha and our oat milk lattes. The staff are very kind and I am absolutely in love with the place. The space has plenty of natural light and the seating is comfortable. Their outdoor patio is lovely and spacious. They are also pet friendly! They are a community staple and offer many events. The only downside is that they no longer serve Saby’s breakfast burritos which were AMAZING. ”

“ Back here after awhile and the coffee still slapped as it used to be! Trying their seasonal cinnamon roll latte which was pretty much similar to Spanish latte probably without the condensed milk. Love the fact that milk substitute is free so I can go for the almond milk without extra charge. Ordering process has been super easy with online pre-order being available. As usual I love sitting in their outdoor patio, which is literally small, but mighty with the space provided to enjoy my cup of Joe under the open sky. Wish they can open longer until late afternoon! ”
